How do I get started?

You may begin by scheduling a private consultation with Ms. Ada. This can take place in-store or virtually, depending on your preference. During the initial meeting, Ms. Ada will take time to understand your vision, style, and needs before thoughtfully guiding you through the process.

Where are in-person appointments held?

In-person consultations are hosted at the Ralph Lauren Flagship Store, 4th Floor, 750 N Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL. The setting offers a refined and immersive experience, allowing you to explore collections in a thoughtful and inspiring environment.

You will be warmly welcomed with a splash of champagne—or sparkling water, if preferred—creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere to begin your journey. You are encouraged to bring your partner, family members, or close friends, making the appointment feel not only personal, but also joyful and shared.

Your registry may include a wide range of Ralph Lauren Home pieces—tabletop, bedding, décor, vintage and antique selections—as well as thoughtful items for entertaining, everyday living, and special milestones such as weddings or baby arrivals. Is the service complimentary?

Can I customize my registry?

Yes. Virtual appointments are available for clients who prefer flexibility or are located outside of Chicago. The experience remains personalized and thoughtfully guided.

Can my guests shop online?

Yes. Once your registry is created, your guests will be able to conveniently access and purchase items by submitting the interest form. Purchases can be made in person, over the phone, or through a secure payment link—offering flexibility to suit every preference.
Guests may also choose to include a personal note or card with their gift. Ms. Ada will thoughtfully assist in coordinating each detail, ensuring every item is beautifully prepared and delivered on time—with a seamless, refined, and personal touch.

How far in advance should I start my registry?

It is recommended to begin your registry 3–6 months before your event. This allows ample time to thoughtfully curate your selections and make any adjustments along the way.
